Current Position
Thomas D. "T.D." Stuck is the Director of the NSA office of Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Transparency. T.D. was previously with the Office of General Counsel (OGC), where he served most recently as the associate general counsel for Operational Authorities. T.D. has held various positions in OGC, including NSA's associate general counsel for Intelligence Law and special legal advisor to NSA's General Counsel.
