Employee Resource Groups (ERG), which are NSA's expression of the federally-mandated Special Emphasis Programs, are a driving force for promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion at NSA. All NSA civilian and military employees are encouraged to get involved with one or more ERG. Our ERGs are employee-led organizations composed of individuals from every aspect of the mission working together to foster an inclusive and unified culture where everyone is not only included and respected but valued for their mission contribution.
NSA currently hosts 11 ERGs. Chapters of each ERG are active across the entire Enterprise:
