2. How do I request a U.S. Cyber Command speaker for my event?

Please contact USCC_LST@nsa.gov

3. How far in advance should I request a speaker?

Please submit your completed request form at least 45 days before your event. You will be contacted via email with the final decision.

4. Can I request a speaker for a virtual event?

Yes. Please note in your request form that your event is virtual and include platform information.

5. I am looking for a subject matter expert in a specific area, what information can I give you that will help you identify someone?

Please be as detailed as you can on the desired topic(s) you would like a speaker to address. Think about the answer to the question: when your audience walks away from this event, in what area(s) do want them to have more knowledge?

6. Am I guaranteed to have a speaker for my event?

No. We make every attempt to fill requests; however, due to mission and workload, our volunteer speakers may not be available for all events. The NSA Speakers Bureau team can further coordinate options with you.

7. Do I have to pay a fee or honoraria for a speaker?

No. This is a free service.

8. Who is responsible for paying travel expenses?

In most cases, NSA is responsible for travel expenses. If you are considering covering travel expenses for our speaker, please contact our team.

9. Are there any events not entitled to receive NSA Speaker services?

Yes. Speakers cannot participate in events for the purpose of fundraising, promotions, or any type of endorsement.

10. How do I coordinate travel and other logistical arrangements for the speaker?

We will connect you with the speaker once confirmed and you may coordinate those arrangements at that time.

11. Can I record video/audio or take photos of the speaker during their presentation?

Yes, provided the speaker also consents.  However, we ask for a copy of the video/audio recording and/or any photos taken.
